Oh "jeah," Ryan Lochte fans -- "90210" definitely had a treat in store for you this week. The Olympic swimmer stopped by television's most famous zip code for an emotionally resonant cameo that promised to stretch his acting abilities to their limits.

Lochte doubled down on his recent "30 Rock" appearance, playing himself (shocker) in a scene where Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) visited a ropes course.
"You’re Ryan Lochte. Standing in front of me, shimmering like a gold medal. And that’s scary," Naomi swooned, in a classic example of the CW drama's Emmy-worthy writing.
“Jeah, seriously. I would love to race Phelps on that," Lochte declared. Recently, the athlete opened up about the challenges of his "90210" appearance, which included "memorizing lines, and trying to like, say them and still like, do movement and all that."
He's never been sexier.
